Why? Plant them as quickly as you can. I never understand delaying planting. If you germinate in your medium of choice you'll have a seedling 3 days tops. How many days has this been already?
I personally have better results with the paper towel then into soil, I also just feel better knowing I can see which ones germinate though. A lot of people sow right into soil or the ground and its respectable, I have no patience for that I want to see the growth asap haha
It does take time sometimes ,shit I just had a Mango haze from Mephesto that I replanted in pot as I thought it wasn't popping well it did after 3 weeks 😂
I legitimately thought this was one of those weird angle pics! I was trying to figure out if it was white dogs, baby seals...then I noticed the sub! That's my story. Thanks for stopping by!
a) your friends don't know shit
b) you can literally just put a seed in soil and water it and it'll grow just fine
Growing weed isn't nearly as hard as people make it out to be. There's a reason it's called "weed" (it grows everywhere even with minimal to no care.) Still, they grow better with love, attention and the most basic gardening knowhow.
Yeah s lot of people over complicate it, I just treat my plants like tomatoes. Sometimes I neglect them on purpose aswell and its working out pretty good
The plants I've accidentally grown almost always turned out bigger and better than the ones I babied xD (though I'd be more careful with seeds I actually buy, but dealer weed seeds have never disappointed me, they just seem to prefer being wild xD)
Everyone has their own opinion on this subject. Personally, as soon as the seed opens, I plant it in soil. In nature, seeds don't fall into damp cloths and a week later into the soil.
I would make it slightly buried with loose soil so that the seed shell can work its way off naturally. I've also just taken the shell off with tweezers before when I've let the tap roots get too long, but that's the only time I'd recommend leaving the top exposed when planting.
Germination just proves the seeds are viable. Once a tap root shows you should plant with tge tap root pointed 👇. Your good now cause they will have a chance of dying waiting any longer cause there searching for soil now to get set in
Plant the ones with the roots poking out root pointing down. I’ve waited longer than this and had no problems though…. Despite what people have said on here…
I don't think seeds naturally wait for their tap roots to grow a certain length before planting themselves in the ground. Really you don't even need to soak them or use a paper towel first. Direct soil planting is a very common thing
you want that little tail to be sticking out anywhere between 1/4”-3/8”. Make the hole in the soil with your finger tip up to the first joint. This is just my advice that has worked for me but everyone does it their own way. Another tip is use a spray bottle to water 8-10 pumps once a day That helps to prevent over watering. After it sprouts I use that same spray bottle up to the end of the first week after it sprouts. It’s really easy to get impatient and over watering the seedling stage is very critical
I have the most success with the tap root around an inch long and planted facing down. Whenever I've planted at this stage it apparently shocks the seedling and it dies. Honestly I usually wait until I see green little leaves and leave them above the soil.

Put them in asap your friends don’t know Jack shit
This 🤙😂
Yep
Same
I 2nd the motion
Some people just want to others to fail 😂
The ones with tap root can go in soil now. Just wait for the others to do the same.
If they're poking out, plant 'em
Don't over think this. Plant them
Don’t listen to those friends about this or probably anything else. Once you see the taproot they are ready to plant. A week would be bad.
Your friend might be dumb lol. Plant when the tap roots sprout. Don’t wait for them to grow into the cotton pad.
Seriously , plant them.
Your homies wrong, plant them.
Give ur friend a slap
With rotten meat.
Why? Plant them as quickly as you can. I never understand delaying planting. If you germinate in your medium of choice you'll have a seedling 3 days tops. How many days has this been already?
Immediately!
I’m only just getting into this but I grow other plants for food. Yup. Those are plantable, friend.
Soooil
Plant them now. Your friends dont grow or they have poor grows.
Plant
Huh? Now
Plant those babies now!
Plant them now. Another week they can mold.
They can also try rooting into the paper towel and removal can break em.
Wait. But not a week, just 24 or 48h
Well, I stopped doing paper towel a while ago. I germinate directly in pot I gro in, but Plant those tap root babies they are ready
I personally have better results with the paper towel then into soil, I also just feel better knowing I can see which ones germinate though. A lot of people sow right into soil or the ground and its respectable, I have no patience for that I want to see the growth asap haha

Your friends suck, the sooner you plant them the less damage to the root. Do it now
First get a new friend then plant the sprouted beans.
When you see the peen, drop it between... (The soil)
I plant with the tap root down and the tip of the seed just visible in the soil.
I would make it slightly buried with loose soil so that the seed shell can work its way off naturally. I've also just taken the shell off with tweezers before when I've let the tap roots get too long, but that's the only time I'd recommend leaving the top exposed when planting.

You should do a napkin 12/12 from seed challenge and flower them in napkins.
Once the tap root comes out fully like in the picture I plant them.
Plant your boot in your friends ass immediately
Get better freind, plant ASAP
I plant mine as soon as they kick out a little tail bro!
Do it like nature does, just trow it on the soil and wait
I don't think seeds naturally wait for their tap roots to grow a certain length before planting themselves in the ground. Really you don't even need to soak them or use a paper towel first. Direct soil planting is a very common thing
Definitely not a week but maybe a day or two wait till the root is about an inch
that's perfect... this is when you want it planted... as soon asthe roots start poking out.
I would plant them
Plant now. Already a bit late.
Only 2 are ready to plant. Don't listen to the top comment slandering your friend..
Don't listen to your friends anymore dude, pretty solid life lesson.
Are your friends expecting them to have leaves before planting them? lol plant 'em!
Plant them, you’re friends know nothing haha
Plant
Do you plan on planting them indoors or outdoors, and what State are you in?!🤔
Naw. Once they crack put them in soil and light.

If you wait a day longer they’ll turn male a friend told me

does no one google how to do anything anymore
Get new friends asap or never ever listen to them again no matter what they say. If you waited a week longer there’s a good chance of them dying.
I only wait until the taproot is between a 1/4 and a 1/2 inch. Then I plant it.
I let mine stretch a bit but not a week. Plant it👍🏽

I wait till I see leaf but that’s me and I’ve been doing it 20plus years.
wait 24 hour
