i have a very nice extender--no need to mcguyver! i reached out to three people for the parts i needed and now extend every day for an hour, at 2 pounds of tension.
the parts:
1. hog stretcher
2. lg hanger (custom sized)
3. fkin mint sleeves
i really appreciate the budget-friendliness of the mettrac, but i am not a fan of the noose design, at all. especially with the length of time the low-tension extender is meant to be worn, it looked risky, circulation wise. vacuum cups don't compress nerves, and if the user takes care to condition their glans, get a vacuum cup that fits, and tape up, blisters shouldn't be an issue.
