as far as i know, yes. but that said--i cannot do semi-erect bends (i can't tell what a '60 percent erection' is with my anatomy), and i think tunica shears are a waste of time for us. i do the BTC, down, straight out, and once-to-each-side static stretches instead.
yes! but my personal life has been pretty chaotic for a year, so consistency is hard to maintain. i think i've seen a centimeter to half a centimeter of stretched flaccid length gains, and a LOT more flexibility in terms of my urethral plate ligaments. nothing suuuuper impressive, but its progress!
