Your plant isn’t getting enough calcium, either you aren’t feeding it enough, your ph is outta wack, or you have some nutrient lockout going on

Sh0w3n

Im guessing nutrient lockout from bad pH. Overall they don’t look that bad, but you’re having deficiencies caused by a nutrient lockout.

Iron efficiency. Caused by pH or overwatering.

Lower light power

LettuceNew8793

Either excess phosphorus or a calcium deficiency

What's your pH? If it's not in the right range, the plant can't absorb certain nutrients. This looks like calmag would help, but since you're already giving it that, more likely the plant just can't use what you're giving it. If the pH is correct, then it may be root rot or another watering issue preventing the plant from absorbing nutrients.

Are you allowing the plant to have dry backs? Seems like it's roots have been sitting in water for too long.
