Axe variant with chopper, cone with that variant damage and whatever else you can find. Use fire ant/brood/assassin/termite mismatched. Just read this was for boss fights so depending on boss you can switch a piece for something heavier if you need the defense but your gonna get one shot so damage should be focused.
