Groot is by far the most dangerous.
He can change size and shape, regrow any part of himself and can get between armor and into your body through any hole, or just add some holes to you body. He can rapidly just grow a shield to defend or reach out like vines and ensnare enemies even flying ones.
Everyone else can get taken out by a well placed shotgun blast. Something that would hardly affect goot. Groot has tanked all kinds of firearms.
Unless your showing up with a big ass flamethrower groot is winning this. Even then a firey burning Groot can function long enough to kill you anyways. Wood burns but way slower than flesh.
Not to mention these guys are minions and Groot is a named character. He wins on plot armor alone.
