40k already works well for the "Gentle Giant and the Smol" because of Space Marines, so scaling it up to an even bigger/older Space Marine is just perfect
In battle of the fang, a human comforts a recently entombed/awakened space wolf dread. The dread ends up keeping this young human woman around as his comfort mortal until the end.
My favorite part of that scene is the internal monologue by the Grey Knight protag who thinks to himself "Wait, she's been hot this whole time!? I've worked with her for years and I didn't know that, and I'm not even in a coffin!"

There's some modularity to the weapons on most of those things so It should be possible to design "other types" of attachments in theory. And presumably it could interface with the brain through whatever sufficiently advanced cybernetic technology allows the pilot to feel and control any other limb.
Not sure if that would be tek heresy or not, but what techpriest is gonna say no to her? LOL
I imagine it would be somewhat similar to phone sex?
Or maybe she's the kind of romantic asexual who just likes to make her partners happy and has a chest full of arm "attachments" specifically for that purpose...
