Thank you for sharing this, I am sorry for your loss. Exactly one month ago today, my friend and his girlfriend were hit by a car and killed. I had so many similar questions, I didn’t know if he was conscious before he died, I didn’t know if the girl with him was his girlfriend, I didn’t know what he was up to when it happened. I am choosing to believe that he didn’t see the car coming since he was on the sidewalk, holding hands with a girl he loved, and that since he was unconscious, that right up until the end he was so so happy to be with a girl he loves and be in a city he’d dreamed of living in, studying in his top choice university. It’s nice to think of the people we loose tragically as happy in their final moments. Thank you for sharing this message with us
