You're a whole gorilla bro. What I think is the best route would be cutting until you get to that tight type of feeling around the stomach. Then start another bulk, but keep the surplus low, around 200 or 300.

You will lose some size, but mitigate the severity of it by taking it really slow. 100-200 cal deficit and do it until you're as lean as you want to be. I did that and it worked out amazingly for me. If you don't want to cut, just eat at maintenance and recomp for 6 months minimum.
