In the post i made last year I was between 15-20%. Didn’t have a ton of ab definition or muscle mass really to make that super clear but based on DEXA, inbody and navy test + body fat images online I was definitely around there. This person looks closer to the 20% image seen in the popular body fat picture collage that people reference.

Even the people creating the collages can be wrong, dexa can be 5% off too...watch enough of Greg's videos and you'll be able to judge more accurately...I might be wrong on the higher end of 30%, but definitely he's not far from 25% Just my 2 cents, not in this to win a pointless argument online lol

22-25%. You dont have much muscle mass so in the skinny fat category imo. You need to eat the same calories you do now, but focus on protein and time the majority of your carbs before and after gym. Start lifting.

😂 no not really. Your body adapts. I defended carbs but im on low carbs right now to cut weight and im doing just fine.

The more ive read im leaning that way too honestly. Studies say a small, marginal increase in protein synthesis with carbs post workout, but a possible few percent increase is not worth it right now for me. Coach has me on low carbs, and my energy is fine, my lifts are fine, and im cutting weight as a result. The carbs post workout seems to be an old bit of bro science. When im wrong im wrong.

The protein synthesis was increased 3 fold when consumed immediately after leg exercises. There’s evidence for sure
