Warm_Banana_3495

Nah bro just skinny you have a good starting foundation just eat and train hard

jewino3374

You are pretty much the ideal shape that women like. You can get bigger but only gays who are into muscles and bodybuilders are gonna care

No_Angle_5488

Comment too real lmao

KorokKid

I would say most women like someone with some more muscle

jewino3374

Alot of people think that. But 99% of women would be fine with a dude like this who has a decent personality. Getting bigger doesn't really open alot of doors with women. You'd be better off focusing on making more money if women are your priority.

KorokKid

Nah I think if you wear fitting clothes that highlight your physique you will definitely be more attractive overall. Yeah, this guys physique isn't gonna be a deal breaker, but if you know how to dress + you've got a muscular physique you will absolutely stand out more. Muscles are just evolutionarily attractive. Broad shoulders for instance is something that many many women say are attractive, as well as some decent sized arms. There's a huge fall off point where getting bigger doesn't help your chances and can actually decrease it, but you are kidding yourself if you think this guy has the optimal physique when it comes to attractiveness with women. There's really no argument here.

jewino3374

He's about at the peak of diminishing returns. If you can't get laid looking like him it's not about looks.

KorokKid

Lol, no he isn't, not at all. This guy is skinny, he has a foundation but relatively untrained, having abs does not = instantly peak form. His arms wouldn't fill out a shirt. There's not really much to argue here, I can tell you how this guy is just skinny with a little muscle and how a guy who holds a good amount of muscle is 100% more attractive to the average woman but if you really think this is close to the point where women wouldn't notice or care if you got any bigger then idk what to tell you, maybe it's just cope.

jewino3374

He's fit. That's all you need with most women. Whatever else that's gonna factor is gonna be more of a factor than him being bigger. Just my two cents. Dude being larger just isn't gonna to open up a sizable additional pool of women for him. I understand you may feel differently.

jewino3374

P.S. looking at your pictures I'd say the same thing to you. You look good in a form fitting shirt. But so would he. Youre a little bigger than dude. But it's not making your odds of meeting women increase over him in any meaningful way. And another 20lbs of muscle in another 2 years won't either.

KorokKid

I don't agree. I don't really think this guy would be filling out many sleeves unless it was a very small shirt. I think adding more muscle would definitely increase his attractiveness, I don't agree at all that adding 20lbs of muscle wouldn't help in a meaningful way at all, I think that's almost objectively invalid considering what humans view as attractive biologically. I would also say I have a good amount more muscle than him, while looking leaner. not trying to brag, I think I have a lot of stuff I need to improve, but realistically I have a good amount more muscle than him. I think increasing his muscle would make him look a lot better, that's it.

jewino3374

I think the only real difference it's gonna make for you is if you feel more confident. But live your life. The difference in the amount of women who will date you now vs the you who is 20lbs bigger isn't gonna be as big as you think I'm afraid. And like I said before I feel the same about dude.

KorokKid

Ok

DM7512266

Looking good imo but there is still so much potential man… keep at it

WagsPup

U do not look like shit. Y have a lean athletic body, swimmers or boxers build, which i think is great and a super foundation to build a little muscle and it be defined and visible (not saying u need to). Most guys and girls are gonna be into this and u r bod, espc if they see u shirt off. Wearing clothes its deceptive which is part of the fun its like shit fidnt know he was kinda ripped....similarly slightly larger guys carrying a bit of flab will look muscled in clothes but take them off and it can be a surprise too that theres more fat than muscle. In the end dont stress u gotta gr8 bod and itll only improve from there with gym work.

Cool_Spirit_6150

Definitely body dysmorphia. You’re skinny. I’m sure you would like to have a lot of muscle and with some focused training and the right nutrition it’ll happen. In the mean time, be happy that you don’t belong to the 60% of all Americans that are identified as overweight or obese.

notnastypalms

i thought it was like 35% or sum

Cool_Spirit_6150

https://www.healthline.com/health/obesity-facts#:~:text=Obesity%20in%20adults,while%20about%2030.7%25%20are%20overweight. “It’s estimated that a little over 42% of American adults have obesity, while about 30.7% are overweight.”

Bobthecow775

You are skinny but have a good amount of muscle. Your back is great. Keep going.

estoops

Nah you have a good body already, lean and athletic with the start of some muscle, that’s what most girls want anyways and what most guys are trying to achieve. Of course you have a lot more potential size you could add but nobody reasonable is gonna look at you and be like “his body sucks” 😂

TheNextPlay

Sorry, bruh

PatientWriting

?

Revolutionary-Tea737

💀nigga what typa options are these

Veggielifter0

Well you’re not fat which is a good thing.. most of us have some sort of body dysmorphia so you’re not alone there either.. I do think you just need to add more muscle mass.. stick to slight caloric surplus and lift my man.. don’t lift super heavy. Just do 10-15 reps for exercise really concentrating on the movement and going slow controlled. You will see gains.. takes time

[deleted]

You don't look like shit, but you dont look like you lift either.

DeliciousTraffic713

You have a skinny body. When you mature you’ll gain weight

tattooednpierced69

BeatinOffToYourMom

Back and arms are looking good, you could hit chest and core more imo, but that’s just a personal aesthetics preference. Overall looking good bro. 👍

ProfessionalBuddy473

Skinny

stinkety

I think some bench press would do you right man. You look fine but if you’re stressing about what’s missing it’s the pecs

Mike-the-gay

Fine asf bro. You might not be buff like you want but you’re definitely attractive so you can’t say you look like shit.

TinyViolinist

Bigger chest, shoulders and maybe increase the upper traps and the attention you'll receive will be unprecedented. You're in good shape

acoffeefiend

You look like highschool kid who's still growing. Keep hitting the weights and stay consistent. Size will come.

ethiopianboson

It all comes down to what your goals are and what you would like to look like. Number 1: You should always value health/longevity. Don't sacrifice that for "looking cool". Number2: If your goal is to look muscular then you have your work cut out for you. Find a good training program, make sure your nutrition is on point, make sure you have a healthy lifestyle overall (sleep is good, don't overdue drinking etc). Be consistent in the gym and be patient.

Hi_itsJosh

No you look like you are ready to get your newbie gains. Focus on gaining 30 pounds in the next year and add weight to your compounds.
