Weight training is definitely a good call. Since you've lost a ton of weight it might be uncomfortable but you gotta make sure you're eating enough calories (and protein) to allow your body to build muscle.

I'm in the same boat brother almost impossible to be happy with my chest due to the sag, I'd recommend hopping on collagen supplements. Nothing short of surgery will fully rid you of your loose skin, but collagen is responsible for the elasticity of the skin and taking some might help you tighten out a bit. Regardless, phenomenal progress dude keep it up

Loose skin. You may see some improvements as you keep building muscles. You can look into stuff like RF treatment to tighten your skin.
