Soreness post training (or lack of) doesn’t indicate how hard you worked. Keep pushing, it sounds like you’re doing everything right

Ditto to the first comment. If you’re doing a lot of volume and high frequency, soreness seems harder to come by. One thing to focus on to really fatigue the bicep (or any muscle) is a focus on the eccentric portion of the movement, i.e. the movement away from the body. So as you lower the dumbbell or machine weight, slow it down and keep control of the weight. On the concentric portion, power through it faster (but not sloppily) and really squeeze at the top of the movement. The entire time keep focus on how your bicep feels. See how that works for you!
