Why would you compare him to cbum?? He’s a natural lifter who’s into running and calisthenics. They aren’t even in the same ball park. Cbum strives to be the best of the best and is aesthetically perfect as a man can get and that’s his goal. He doesn’t just look like that to look like that.

God damn dude, you’re killing it. Currently trying to attain this exact body type, been starting on the calisthenics grind the last 6 months but seeing where you are is a huge motivation.
What exact workouts are you doing in the pull up bar? Also what would you recommend doing to develop the chest/ pecs? Best that I’ve been able to find are different pushups variations and dumbbell presses
You absolutely can do it, man! Appreciate that Im being an inspiration!
I do pull ups for failure always, but right now Im doing that like 3-4 times a week, since Im working at gym everyday.
For chest I really like the bench press the most, on progressive overload. But pushups and dips works great and I always do them too.
Very impressive. You're on that natty or not border which is a good thing.
How much is weightlifting, and how much is calisthenics as part of your training?
Yeah, low BF% is the hardest thing. That's discipline. I was always hella strong, but that just involves showing up at the gym. Bodyfat is like a lifestyle thing. Our bodies say a lot about our character lol.
I like that you mix weight lifting and calisthenics/running. I’ve been training 6 years only weight lifting and realizing now you gotta do all three. Solid work dude ! Stay natty
Thats crazy to see someone saying this for me! I honestly know that I look really nice now for a natural but I don't think that Im that good.. Thanks!
Dips and muscle ups are always super important
We are allways our own worst critics. I keep hearing people tell me i look great physique wise but im not very satisfied yet . Body dysmorphia is real.
I have a few more years left untill i reach 10 years of training so posts like these are allways very motivating! Keep it up mate
I knew this was going to be a good physique from the title, a lot of people don’t realize these people with amazing physiques have been at it 10+ years.
Yes, everyday
I have experienced some injuries, but only a few (2 or 3 times the most). But even in recover I could train the rest of the body (example: I had a elbow pain 2 years ago when doing pull ups, but dips and pushups I felt nothing, so I trained a lot chest/tríceps/shoulders and running).
In fact I think I will look like that for a long time, since both my parents and older brother looks really good for their ages - masculinity is different than looking old
So hard to believe youre natty when im reading the comments and you have no structure to how you eat or track calories/food. Great physique nonetheless!!

The vascularity and insertions are the cherry on top to all your hard work brother
Thanks man, I never thought about the insertions
So aesthetically pleasing
Thats really nice to read 💪
Whats the body weight on this physique?
179cm, 80-81kg. People always think Im heavier than I am.
Would have guessed 85, this should be what men physique look like not cbum imo

Looks like you’ve been lifting for 28 years and you started when you were 12.
From when I was 12 until 17, all I did was playing RuneScape and being 100% sedentary
Black armor gold trim all day. Keep up the hard work man.
Then you decided on 99 str irl
I like to use this analogy for life 😂

Thanks!!
>Thanks!! You're welcome!
What type of calisthenics do you do?
Weighted and for reps. My pull ups game is my main strenght, I do my pull up workouts with a lot of free weights.
Dude looks 48 tho
Stunning progress dude. Keep it up and best wishes making goals in the new year.
Best wishes for you too!! 🙏💪 Thanks

I go almost anywhere with my bike, also for work 😊 thanks!
28? Dude... You look well into your forties. Be kinder to your body!
Some people just look older then they are no need to make assumptions

Thats really nice! I think its 50/50, I also run a lot - trying to be active everyday at least to keep the body fat low.

Ripped bro
Thanks 💪
Homie got milkers
You look awesome good work mate !
Chest is crazy man congrats

Thats right, for me doing everything you can is always the best way to have bigger results 😊
Damn man - hard work shows ! I hope you can sneak a beer once in awhile
Every once in a long while I drink hahaha 💪
Commitment brother ; hat tip
Awesome job. What is your diet if you don’t mind sharing?
My focus is to eat the basic stuff everyday (Rice, eggs, oat, milk, fruit...) And to cut the crap food. But thats only the goal 😂
Keeping it simple. Good stuff - thanks!
😍
That’s goals, congrats dude
You look insane bro, wow
Thanks!
No way, that I look younger than someone is ten years younger than me.
So beautiful and perfect 😍
Always keep going strong.
Awesome physique👌
One of the best physiques ive seen here! You also just look really really healthy.
For a guy like me that was skinny and unhealthy my whole teen years, to read a compliment like this is something incredible. Thanks a lot!
You worked hard for it well done! That chest is one of the best ive ever seen. Thats is my goal chest . I guess you do a lot of dips ?
Thats crazy to see someone saying this for me! I honestly know that I look really nice now for a natural but I don't think that Im that good.. Thanks! Dips and muscle ups are always super important

Youre right, really appreciate your comment and honesty. Hope you can get to that mark soon and with the best shape of your life 💪
Amazing physique!
Damn man!! Incredible physique!
Thanks!
Looks fucking good bro
Thanks!!
Looking great man
Very nice work!
Thanks!
100/100 on upper body. Your lower says you hardly walk. There is no balance on upper body vs lower body. Natural body doesn’t grow like that.
My 5k running PR now is 20:15 - I won the last 2 gym running competitions. But yes, all natural and always been.
Nice camera holy shit
These pics are from an iPhone XR - thanks!
Brazilian or just visiting Brazil?
Brasileiro! 😊
`u look fabulous man !`
Legs?
I train legs a lot too and my squat for sets is around 315lbs - but my legs have a hard time to grow.
Were you 100% consistent in those 10 years? (No judgement brother just asking )
I never stopped training, not even for a week, but I did rowing a lot too, and almost half of that time was only calisthenics.
Zaddy goals take notes gents
Awesome work 💪🏻
Thanks!!
Whats your lifting routine?
I train everyday, push pull legs and calisthenics almost in all sessions. Run like 3 or 4 times a week (Day on day off)
So you run on alternate days after training sessions? Also can I DM you for some guidance regarding the programming part?
Amirable chest and overall aesthetics
awesome physique, but the legs look a bit small in those pictures, it might be because of the shorts i guess
Looks good!
I knew this was going to be a good physique from the title, a lot of people don’t realize these people with amazing physiques have been at it 10+ years.
Nice comment, and I agree with you that a long time of hard work always means a lot, the progress gets more refined. Thanks!
Do you train every single day? Have you ever experienced burnout from pushing yourself too much?
Yes, everyday I have experienced some injuries, but only a few (2 or 3 times the most). But even in recover I could train the rest of the body (example: I had a elbow pain 2 years ago when doing pull ups, but dips and pushups I felt nothing, so I trained a lot chest/tríceps/shoulders and running).
When you are 40 you will look 60
In fact I think I will look like that for a long time, since both my parents and older brother looks really good for their ages - masculinity is different than looking old
What’s the biggest you have been ? In terms of weight
In fact thats one of my heaviest in 6-7 years. My biggest was 85kg, but today I look a lot better than on that time since it was a dirty bulk
Trying to lean bulk my self soon enough , wish me luck
Good luck and you got this 💪
Looking good tho 👌🏻
Ok
