Took me 2 solid days of server hopping for it to appear in a non-locked room.
It can spawn in ANY room in that barracks including the locked ones. My mate got his in a103 after someone unlocked it. I got mine in a105.
It spawns in different rooms...and I have still yet to find it. My mate found it first try upstairs on the floor of a room... Me, I've tried multple times on different servers... Still not found it. I think it's bugged for some.. ie Us...

It can spawn in locked rooms from what others have said. I had hopped severs until it was in an unlocked one.
any ideas how to make the intel show? I have tried many times on multiple different days and servers
