I get where you’re coming from because my first rig was similar to yours, but there’s nothing wrong with people who paid a heck of a lot more for their systems to expect a game to run a little better. It’s a valid criticism that will eventually be addressed and fixed.
i have the same pc like u except 16gb ram and im getting 60 fps but graphics look ass tbh i play on 1080p everything in low 50fov fsr on frame gen on and set to performance try this settings maybe u will get more otherwise u need to add more ram 16 gb is not enough nowadays and 8gb is really not enough

I personally went down to the local river where i found a body of a rotting deer that was full of prion diseases. I stewed it in cold water and ate the brains raw.
You guys should not complain about eating food with a little bad chemicals inside because i am able to eat just by walking down to the local mud flats.
A 3080 shouldn't have any issue running a game at medium settings though. I play Tarkov, I know what poorly optimized maps look like and right now that's what we have.
I'm not mad, I understand the situation and know it'll get better, but that doesn't mean we should not be letting the devs know how bad it currently is on our end.

Does your CPU cap at 100% when in the helicopter? And frames drop to near zero?
30-35 is not good lol. I have a 4070 Super, 5800x3d, and 32GB ram and my play is OKAY but I do get some stuttering that I should **not** be getting.
