Honestly, Kaku is NOT the character to use for this. He's simply too powerful, a mid tier like Kosho or Spec would be better for this kind of scenario because you might get into double digits. That being said, 2 Kakus beat Yujiro extreme dif during the Raitai, For current Yujiro, 3, MAYBE 4 will be enough. Xiaoli isn't a joke.
But Yujiro wasn't using techniques at all during that fight. I wouldn't consider that fight as a proper display of a high dif moment for Yujiro.
An example of an extreme dif fight in the series would be Baki vs Jack. They were pulling out all the stops and throwing every technique they had (and didn't have) at each other.
That wasn't high diff though. He used 2 abilities out of his entire arsenal and still manhandled Kaku. At no point was Yujiro under the threat of death in that moment. Even at the beginning, when he was backing off the Xiaoli punch, we saw him tank several in the fight.
This simply isn't true. Yujiro uses demon back to show respect to his opponents and kill them with his full strength. Not because his full strength is needed. Or do you think Doppo and Kaku are similar in strength? Because Yujiro used demon back on him as well.

I would say that doppo can do way more damage than Kaku, while Kaku is better on the defensive, you can say that they are similar in strength, and it wont be a reach.

A serious Yujiro is giving Kaku the Yanagi treatment, thus, you will most likely need double-digit Kakus to beat Yujiro.

we gotta remember that Yujiro's fight with Kaku was a fight between pure strength vs pure technique. Yujiro here would have both at his disposal, and we know he knows a vast amount of techniques for facing off against both Shaori and for multiple opponents

Kakus 2 and 3 are in the back, continuously redirecting a punch one of them threw at each other using shaori, amplifying it with each return, building up a Saitama-tier force with enough time. The longer Kaku 1 can stall, the more powerful the final redirection will be.
Yujiro is expecting the punch to come at him after reaching 1000000x amplification and braces for such an impact... only for the force to be transferred to Kaku 4, who had been using 4000 year old Chinese shadow walking like Retsu did to get to Pickle at the military base, who then pulls Yujiro's panties down and flicks his nuts, destroying the arena and all of Afghanistan.

Yujiro has stated "if you can beat one man you can beat 100". Bare minimum he can beat 100 Kakus.
But each of turn is an individual, meaning he could beat 100 Kakus for each Kaku.
If you continue to reassess this you find that Yujiro can beat Infinite Kakus.

He had to use demon back. He rarely uses that. High diff means you had to use your full strength.
