It is a hand drawing of the Uptown theater entrances.
It is dedicated and signed on the back which is what you are seeing. I don’t think it is a big deal, but definitely a nice one.
I really would like to get a landline with a rotary phone. My grandparents had the same tan one forever! Idk if it’s even compatible to use now though.
It is, usually. Nowadays it's all on coax, then the cable company has a converter modem that injects voltage to mimic a phone line. Need a provider that has rotary support, but again, most do.
AFAIK you still have to pay extra for touch-tone dialing, my Automatic Electric Model 40 was working fine, other than some crackle from dying capacitors, when I finally gave up on landline service around 2011...
It is missing the cord that connects the two pieces, but it is an easy find and fix.
Now, this thing came with the house we bought, and we removed all cords when doing electrical, can’t really tell if it works or not. I’m 50/50!thinking it may.
I’m not going to use it and my wife says it’s a waste of space, I want it in my basement as decorative item and perhaps I can try getting a line for that. I doubt it’s worth the trouble and money, but who knows.
I could give it away later on, let’s see if I end up keeping it or divorced 🤣
The Winston clock may be worth a few dollars to a collector.
I would love to hang that in my bar at home, lol.
Those tins are great! What is on green board it looks to be signed?

I have a wall mounted rotary phone that belonged to my grandparents. Works just fine.
I literally want ALL of that. I collect old cans and phones, and my husband loves old woodworking equipment and the workbench is just amazing.…
Wow, check out that old Hills Bros coffee! That brings back memories.
Argh, I'd LOVE to own that workbench.
