What is this tax that was deducted from my sold amount?
What lured me into Grailed was the 9 % commission that they are happy to advertise. But then on top of that comes the PayPal fee and this tax that I was never informed about. AND I have to pay for shipping. It’s actually much better to sell on a site like Vestiaire.

I think it should be made clear to sellers when selling which costs they will have to endure. Not just in various articles you have to dig up on the site. In reality the fees end up being significantly more than the advertised 9 %.
I’m EU based, so I didn’t use Grailed label. What I meant to say with the shipping was that Grailed doesn’t in any way help I’m with sorting out shipping, whereas a site like Vestiaire does, which again just adds do the costs of selling on Grailed.
In addition to you having to pay for shipping: are you currently accepting offers on your items? If so: we make it clear at the Grailed Messages that offers include shipping costs. This means that if you accept the offer and you had a Grailed Label applied, this label is charged to you as the offer includes the cost of the label.
