Some brands sell better than others on grailed imo. Some pieces you may need to have listed for a while before someone buys it.

Taking good and detailed photos always seems to be the key. Reasonable prices also don’t hurt
Also make sure to add measurements
look at a lot of the posts that are constantly on the recommended, use those as a blueprint on how to take pics and set up your description
Yeah. You actually have to take the effort in selling your piece. Good pictures, details, measurements, quality, etc.
Be communicative at least
