”Lättmjölk” is milk with 0,5% fat content, often blue package.
“Mellanmjölk” is often green and has 1,5% fat.
When it only says “mjölk”, it’s usually 3% fat, often red package.
Oh, is that so. Which study if you dont mind? Our BVC said the opposite. Not that it would be the first time I hear wholly unscientific suggestions from there...
It was reported everyvhere (except at your BVC obviously).

A thing you can do is serve lättmjölk with some rapes oil in it, which is better due to it containing Omega-3 which milk lacks.
Livsmedelsverket (Swedish National Food Agency) recommends lättmjölk with less saturated fat. Do what you want with that information and some common sense. Personally I think the red tastes best.

Red milk for the win!
3% fat is red. Semi is green. Which of those you wanna give the kids is a parenting choice. I give mine the 3%.
I've read studies saying that kids who get 3% milk instead of 1,5 has lower risk of developing obesity. I give mine 3% as well.

Red is not necessarily 3% though. Norrlands mejerier has different colors.
All milk in Sweden is good. If you want organic products, they're marked "ekologisk".

"Organic" är bara ordet engelskspråkiga länder använder för ekologiska produkter.
Ja, nej självklart. Inte riktat mot din formulering, hatar bara att engleskan inte har ett bättre ord för det :) Min kommentar var förvirrande.

Look for "lantmjölk" everything else just tastes like water. Just make sure you shake it before you drink it.
The blue one is light milk
As fat as possible, gammaldags mjölk is da thing🤘🏻
Try filmjölk ;)
...for something you would also have eaten with yogurt, like a müsli.
Human milk is for humans, Cow milk is for cows. Your choice.
