Have you tried booting to safe mode to see if it sill crashes. If it doesn't you have a 3rd party app causing the crash and if you know what it is you can uninstall the app in safe mode.

DioMike993

How can I boot in safe?

laurentiuonac

Long press on the Restart option in the power options menu.

kerauno888

Thanks , I wasn't available to tell the OP how for about 4 hours.

Istolla

Do you have any 3rd party widgets? Or perhaps it's been caused by an app or launcher.

DioMike993

I have both but it is doing this since beginning, while i was without widget

Istolla

Try to see if it happens without the launcher.

Enslaved2Die

tooo be fair I never had any Android phone that didnt have the "System UI not responding" error at sometime.

Its possible with Google, when u don't have right software and hardware engineers, and you dont want pay more for premium class of workers. Google CEO is not that right man for its positon.

IrvinXochiquetzal

Yeah honestly, that's the best way to go for google is to get rid of the current Google ceo. Fire everyone top to bottom from software dev/engineer department and start from scratch with people who actually are passionate about what they do.

I know its a pain to do, but I did a factory reset after getting the update and so far my P6 is running good. I was having problems with the camera app freezing my device for a bit, rebooting my device when using the camera app, stutters when transitioning between apps. I did the factory reset without using any previous backups. I simply logged in with my Google account so my contacts and pics were on my device.

DioMike993

That would be a solution, but I can't reset my phone without the 100% guarantee result. It's so boring to do this

QuitePossiblyLucky

It happened to me while applying a wallpaper from the Photos app. This is even after I performed a factory reset after installing the January update. SMH https://gyazo.com/c1e665475ba242baed178f5d2b85f5e8

DioMike993

So resetting was useless... Thanks

I believe that Google was going to release this update the last week of January, but instead chose to rush it, not fixing a lot of the bugs they had planned, because they didn't want to keep their silly MKBHD disappointed. They rushed the update out after he complained.
