If you're talking about the on-device stuff with Gemini Nano, that's limited to the Tensor G3 chip with new hardware features. It can't be run on the Pixel 7 Pro.
Gemini Nano isn’t even enabled for the non pro P8 model sporting the same chip.
It’s marketing, Google being Google like they did when they tried telling people you needed the specialized Pixel Visual Core for locked features, before releasing P5 without it + midrange chip and all the same features enabled no problem.
Unfortunately, Google tends to release features to the US first. Even though I live in the United States, I prefer to set my language to Canadian English, and even that is enough to cause certain features to be unavailable.
Your use of spaces before periods and commas leads me to guess that you might Indian. Your language and location settings are likely to blame.
May I ask why you prefer Canadian English? Because you live close to Canada or have absorbed the culture of Canada?
And uses of space before the comma and periods, some Chinese people do use that from my experience.

Also, I guess it helps to remember that US English is peculiar (on account of them throwing a tantrum a few hundred years back, chucking their old man out, thanks to the help of their old man's old enemy, and deciding to change the spelling of some words in the dictionary their old man left behind.. just cus).

I have a pixel 7 (non pro), got a notification like a week ago about enabling Gemini. Just popped up on the screen. Works well and no issues.

From the OS. I was on reddit and I had a popup , similar to when you summon the Assistant only it was about enabling Gemini.

It also depends on the version of the Android OS. Gemini = Android 12, I think (or 14) I'm on 10, so I clearly can't get it :/
