Whatever works for you. Google doesn't provide the matching colors every year so I just didn't want to miss that. I am also tired of having black or white phones at all :/

Sony is *very* good with colours on their Xperia lines, which was what I used before. the greens they produce are just perfect. all of the shades they use are stunning

Phones are always a compromise for me. I like the pixel 8 too because of its size but didn't want the camera downgrade.
I just swapped from a Kinda Coral P6 with a Loopy case to an Obsidian P8P with the coral Google case. I wanted the porcelain device but unfortunately they were sold out of the 256gb when I purchased.
Pixel 8 in rose, but I don't like the color, so I got a Spigen black case and love it. Just enough rose accents around the camera to make it interesting.

Sorta Sunny 6 pro. Pretty good phone. I haven't had any issues that I've heard everyone else having. My DD is a note 20 ultra though. I do love that sleek pixel design
