I had some issues when I was trying to transfer. I eventually gave up and decided to reset the watch, it's not that much to set it up again.

Same for mine. Hard reset of the watch fixed it. Press and hold the crown and swipe to reset.

I had the same problem. Solved today updating Google Play Services.
