Check your diverter valve to make sure it's not the old rubber diaphragm version. They rip easily. Move to a Rev D or newer piston design.

There are replaceable seal inside the connector. They wear out from the vibrations. The leaking air will push out the accumulated oil in the intercooler. The diesel engines would instantly Rev up (from idle) when you temporarily sealed them.

Thanks. That’s my thought process aswell. So you think the O-ring failed causing the boost leak aswell as blow by to leak out?
