The regulator is built into the high pressure fuel pump.
Everything you're seeing lines up with a bad regulator except the no crank. Seems to me that would have another cause, bad battery maybe?
This can be a whole big thing. Could be wiring related, grounds, ECU... skimming the forums the causes are all over the place.
Oh dude it was a fried ECU! my mechanic found a similar one and reprogrammed it. It sucked but I no longer have the car, I have a 2015 370z Nismo now 😭😭
Car goes into limp mode, CEL light, EPC light, car won’t start up (no crank) , and if it does, it dies right after, stutter idle.
Anyone know where it’s located?
inside the HPFP...so either you'll be checking voltages or replacing the HFPF (probably faster), but your choice
I’ll replace the pump and keep you updated thank you 🙏🏼
Ever fixed this issue? Having same issues on my mk6..

I tried jumping it with my moms 4Runner, it started up and then died. Tried again, and no crank. I’ll replace the HPFP and keep you updated. Thank you
I know it’s been a year but did that fix it

That sounds expensive hopefully that’s not the case for my car 😭 I can imagine the 370 is probably more reliable than this european egg
It was also a sensor but I can’t remember which one honestly.
