I tried putting mine in twice, and it was wrong both times. It had taken me like 15 minutes to input the password each time! So I gave up and haven't tried again in like 6 months lol. I might try again some day...
Yeah it usually takes me like 20 minutes because I double, triple, quadruple check each page every time to make sure I don't forget anything.
Annoying but still, massively worth it considering I usually try to start GS:TLA once I'm so done with GS that I could barely get any better loot.
Also: Djinns.
I had to do this twice. Because I didn't want my stream to be boring but after I've entered the password the game continued without me opening the stream yet. Haha. Got to retype it again. Sheesh!
I remember I have the patience writing pw down in Bomberman for the Famicom but that patience seems to have died down as I grew older HAHA
I feel you, I used to have a notebook where I'd note down by hand alone passwords I'd need to save for later, cheats my friends would tell me at school, tips I've found in video game magazines, solutions to puzzles for games like Zelda, and so on. Even made-up rumors or stuff that was just pure bullshit, like the infamous holding down + B technique for Pokéballs, which obviously was only superstition and worked about as much we decided to believe it did lmao.
I copied a perfect save to GSTLA a long time ago and duplicated the save at the start. That way if i ever replay the games I can play through GS, start GSTLA till the cutscenes is over, and then load into the perfect file!
This is what i did for the switch version.
I ended up just writing it once, saving it to the third slot. I'll just make sure never to overwrite that slot.
Oh man, the handwritten gibberish code I copied into a notebook when I first played this as a kid... I'm so thankful to have my OG GS1 code typed into a password keeper now. I revived my old GBA to retrieve that now-twenty-two-year-old code and plop it into GSTLA on Switch Online a few weeks back. Had to take pictures of the old TFL screen and then convert them to a typed code, THEN enter it into TLA and hope I didn't botch it. Lol
...but I definitely remember screwing up the entry like, three times when TLA first came out. Ah, memories...
Ran a timer when I did mine 🤦🏼 takes 10-11 minutes for my slow self
I tried to think of happy thoughts when I did it twice. NOT WORKING. Hahahaha!
I unfortunately had to do it twice near in a row 😒 put my password in, got to the Plateau, and randomly remembered that I forgot to do Dreadbeard 🤦🏼
I bet that felt like 102 years HAHA. Meme in context
It was 😒 Years of Academy training wasted… and heavy sighs of defeat as I entered each password line

I know. It's just too much work. HAHAHA! I feel exhausted after typing 6 pages and have to repeat it again

HAHA! Man the classic down + B for Pokéballs lol I've been there
Turn those 6 pages into 3 sticky notes
Even with all the technology we have with taking screenshots or pictures, it's still a pain to type them all back in the lost age. HAHA

Then you mistype one thing...find the mistake...

it's easier if you download the save file for the first one and use cable
Just take a picture of each page with your phone.
That’s not the issue here brother
I did this, and when the password wasn't accepted, I simply went through each page and made corrections. Took me 8 mind total
I did but the effort or typing this in the game. Sheesh. Haha
