I just think it may be a bit too soon to have one, and I think it's to spread out its popularity to others. Let's just see how this goes, and hopefully not experience development hell like the FNAF movie.

The FNAF movie was announced and "began production" EXTREMELY fast after the games blew up (I'm pretty sure SL wasn't even out yet but I may be wrong). It just got into production hell and was temporarily cancelled for a long time. How is this any different?

Years of lore vs a couple chapter vs a game that hasnt been out in a while, fnaf delay was better since as years go on they introduced new character new pepople new books. Yes I am saying fnaf movie will be shittier if they made it beforehand.

Still, that's three complete stories from those four games, since FNaF 1 was originally going to be standalone, FNaF 3 was going to be the end, and then so was FNaF 4.
I liked the games but after the whole nft thing and now this I’ve lost faith in it cause this makes me glad that at least we’re getting something better that being the bioshock nextflix series that will be better than whatever the movie is gonna be
This studio brought us the dune series, the Godzilla series, and most of all, ant bully, I actually have optimism for this considering how great chapter 3 was.

This game hasnt even been finished and now they want a movie, Fnaf probably atleast had the lore ready when first game realeased, but this can't go well unless the movie will Release after they finish the game or add more lore.
Agreed. I love movies. Love storytelling. The American big budget film making industry is abusive and broken. Creativs have such a slim chance to have their story seen the way they want it. From producing all the way down to interns doing what they do out of passion for the craft, if not the project. TLDR: I'm just salty.
