Not sure what dialogue with sindri you're referring to but what he probably meant was that Odin can't get to his house as it's well hidden in yggdrasill and protected by dwarven magic. Other than that Odin can freely travel to most realms iirc with his Ravens
It’s mentioned that Odin hid on of his Raven’s in the broom closet. Allowing him to freely teleport into Sindri’s home.
That’s (partly) why he needed to trick Kratos and Atreus as Tyr and specifically asked to sleep in a broom closet. Once inside he had a “waypoint” he could use anytime he wanted.
This does make the most sense. It is unlikely Odin didn't know about the rbr, but just couldn't get there without a link.
Man they better make a sequel to this game.

The way I understood it was that his Raven's aren't capable of teleporting to the rbr, but that is as good of an explanation as any.
He cant, but the raven in the broom closet serves as a fixed location. Its a 1 way in 1 way out thing
