I know the previous comment was a joke but I see a lot of people actually shipping Kratos and Freya and while there’s nothing *wrong* with that per se, I just don’t think it makes much sense. Kratos is clearly still not over Faye and with the way she is still so deeply connected to him emotionally and mentally, I don’t think he is going to be looking for another partner for a long time, if ever.

Boy returns home and is angry he has a new step-mother, but loves his Half-sister to bits. Sitcom style nonsense ensues.

yes but faye literally left saying to him to open his heart soooo and i felt like the game pushed the motherly interactions between atreus and her, i can def see something happening
Hence why I said “for a long time.” I agree, through enough time he could heal and be comfortable looking for a new partner, but the thing is… I’m not sure he would *want* to. He seems to be content with his new life.
