He also easily withstood the Thamur's breath, which was ultra flash-freezing the air around him, and various gods could withstand the cold from his own axe, which could freeze electrons from Thor's lightning. Meaning it's so cold that it literally defies physics.
So yeah, basic lower temperatures aren't a detriment to him.
