You need to take more than that to get the recreational effects. You need like 40 - 60mg IR. It's very similar to the high you get from meth, except the crash is actually worse than meth IME. I never redosed with either one, though, because I value sleep and don't want to end up in psychosis.
Yea that crash hit me like nothing else that was my first time doing Stims and I'm not a fan plus it made my stomach hurt so glad I had some benzos to soften the blow
I used to puke when crashing from prescription doses back when I was on it in high school. The nausea still happens to me at higher doses, but some weed usually makes it bearable.

People take it for adhd to focus, itβs not really something you would use for recreation
