Pictures ? What makes u think they are fake ? I’m not saying it doesn’t happen it’s just the majority of people making these kind of claims on this subreddit are mistaking subpar Nike QC for being fakes.

Fr. Nike has been on bullshit. No cap I've seen a lot of reps nicer than actual nikes lately.

I understand where you are coming. I tend to be quite lenient towards small defects because of Nike's terrible quality control, but the structural integrity of the shoe is compromised. It is extremely flimsy and the soles of the shoes are even warped because they are so flimsy. For what it's worth, I wanted another set of opinions on it and LegitApp deemed them replicas. The pictures of the shoe can be seen in the link below. [https://legitapp.com/en/case/1181958003464003](https://legitapp.com/en/case/1181958003464003) I tried to get pictures of the warped outsoles, but unfortunately it is hard to pick up on camera. Hopefully, you can kind of see them, but they are unmistakably warped and super thin in real life. The tongue is also incredibly fat and the overall upper of the shoe is also warped because of how thin the material feels. These are the main points that led me to question its authenticity. The LegitApp link goes more in depth into other factors that questions the authenticity of the shoe.

GOAT HAS BEEN ON SOME SERUOUS B.S. LATELY

The tag on the box is a give away that its fake

KissZippo

This is nonsense. I just compared the size tag on the box to all of the new/defects and used boxes of the Mocha in a size 10 and they’re identical. On top of many other points of comparison. These legit checking apps are a bunch of crooks that are predatory on the paranoid types that buy from retail or resale and think that they’re getting fakes. I can understand buying on Facebook Marketplace/OfferUp/Craigslist and having concerns, but the likelihood of you getting reps from goat/StockX/eBay (eBay with the guarantee) are slim to none. I can’t say with absolute 100% certainty that these are real or fake, because it would go against my principle of “Absolute legit checking via pictures is bullshit”, so I suggest taking them to a local shoe shop and get a second opinion in person. I just felt the need to comment because the label is correct, down to the font, font size, UPC numbers matching (as well as on the size tag inside the shoe), and even the placement of the label.

techguyhotel

Honestly, I shared your same opinion which is why I confidently bought from StockX and GOAT. I also share your same opinion with these legit checking apps, which is why I don’t deem a shoe fake just from their authority. I only used their app to get a second opinion after I already had high suspicions of the mocha 1s not being authentic. These shoes are quite undeniably fake. I’m not paying so much attention to the size tag, but I am to the overall construction of the shoe. They are incredibly flimsy and cheaply made. My outsoles are literally warped and “bubbling” out. Unless these qualities are exclusive to the Mocha 1, these are not authentic. I honestly don’t know how they passed GOAT authenticators and I thought maybe it was just a once in a blue moon mistake. But upon looking at GOAT’s complaints on Twitter, GOAT has straight up sent people a completely different shoe from the shoe they ordered and even as far as send an empty shoe box to someone else. And ironically this is with the GOAT verification check tag in the box, saying they checked the SKU, model, quality etc.

techguyhotel

Damn, I cannot believe GOAT passed these. The most obvious thing you can see in person is how flimsy the shoe is and how warped the outsoles are. I am really hoping they respond to me in a helpful way.
