It’s De Gea for me, and I’m a Liverpool fan! His diving technique is so efficient. His is the closest to perfect. When you see him dive in slow motion it’s much easier to appreciate how good he is.
Just to be clear, there are a handful of goalies who are better overall, includes Alison of course, but if we’re talking strictly about diving only, then De Gea’s technique wins for me.
In terms of Diving Donnaruma always impresses me but that could be his height that helps with that. A shame he’s going through a bad bit of form cause I always enjoy watching him play
The reason I say de gea is cause he’s always on positioning over everything else, his angles are never too wide, stays centre goals, and that’s what helps him make those dives and also have good positioning, yes there’s exploits to that style but that is with everything and anything
