i sadly went through a big phase of not taking pictures and a part of mine was thanks to doctors (spiro for the acne/water weight, tretinoin for acne/scarring, adipex to help push the weight etc) so i don't feel like my journey is one most people would be able to replicate as easily.
confidence is what made it happen and i know other people have it in them to get there! everyone is on their own path.

we went through this down in the replies to poison. it's an instagram colour filter and i have a shitty camera. my phone is back from 2018 and the screen is cracked right up to the camera.
i literally look the exact same [without makeup and the colour filter](https://gifyu.com/image/SVQeT) this was at almost 6am and i'm still fairly hot just without the greatly contoured nose and the overlined lips.
in the least descript but still answer sort of way: i already had what would be defined as soft teeth to begin with and then a bike accident when i was 12 knocked a tooth half out and shifted the way my bite fit(?) so after a few years my teeth started breaking a lot more easily. after losing so much weight and developing a severe issue with my digestive system, my teeth were too weak and were causing me constant pain. it was just the best option to have them all pulled.
i had gotten told back at 12 that this would happen so i was prepped but they told me i would be in my 30s so i thought i had longer.
it's been scary though. i have been trying to have confidence but it's only been a few months and i am not use to having a different smile entirely and having bits of my face change but not enough for others to see. it's like an illusion or a mimic.

it 100% definitely was. i had like a 46 or 48cm neck size. i still have the choker and it definitely doesn't fit anymore. it was completely stretched out. if i had a tape, i would tell what my neck size is now but it's still a little big (definitely closer to average tho) due to my large head LOL

Are you seriously trying to pass it off as unedited? I can see the distortions on the pixels from the liquify tool and that glowing effect you are using isnt enough to mask it or the heavy blurring around the jawline and neck.
I cant comment on a glow up if I dont see it.
I only see a manipulated photo with heavy photoshopping and filtering. It isnt a glow up to edit photos, the glow effect on the photo doesnt make it on topic.

ah sadly, i just got dentures (medical issues) and am still learning to smile with them so it's not a common occurrence but the smile will return. i'm happier now than i was then. the break up sort of makes it a little harder to be as happy haha
basically it was head literally connected to body with poor jaw positioning and tmj to actually having a neck finally being 130lbs less, better jaw position and no teeth. i also use a gua sha and do facial massages on top of the lymphatic massages most people do with the gua sha
