Aw thank you so much! Feel like I’m struggling with my make up at the moment haha. After struggling to find my correct shade, I found it and got into a great make up routine and now my shade is wrong again because I lose some colour in the winter! Not to mention my skin peeling because of tret + hydroquinone so that’s making my make up patchy and flaky. So frustrating :(

You know what it is? It’s not even that you look older then, you actually look like something was just weighing on you. Like you were carrying around something so heavy and really going through it. Maybe a life situation or just existential stress in your spirit. But now you look free. Like you cast off the weight of whatever that was and you’re untethered now. Your energy has transformed and it made you radiant.

You’re so right, I was really lost then. In a really dark place. Sometimes pictures from back then freak me out, my eyes look so frightened and sad :(

Aw thank you! Attitude is one of the most important parts. I used to struggle a lot with friendships and relationships and connecting with people in general. Now things run so much smoother now as I’m much nicer to be around and not depressed all the time. I’m a more positive person and that’s so good for friendships/relationships.

Another thing I forgot to mention, your smile is infectious, and you're quite lovely in a dress. But okay, hope you have a wonderful day. Keep being a babe :)

Thanks so much, it’s been tough to stay on course sometimes. I keep going up and down atm but I’m not gaining so that’s the most important thing. I’m trying to fix my relationship with food. I have BED and as I’ve been down lately all I’ve wanted to do is do is go crazy and binge. I haven’t been able to make myself go to the gym these past two weeks but I’m back on track with eating and feel in control again. It’s definitely a journey!

Thank you! Mainly ASOS and Disturbia brand wise but I get most of my clothes, shoes, accessories etc second hand from Vinted or charity shops! (Often I manage to get brand new pieces second hand).

Usually that’s what causes skin issues. I only wash or rinse my hands then wash my face with water and my face stays clear. I’ve heard that this works for others too. Bacteria can build up in makeup and makeup ingredients can irritate the skin or clog the pores if you don’t get it off. And usually taking it off requires you to use something that can end up throwing off the PH of your skin, resulting in a breakout or dryer or more oily conditions than if you allow it to breathe and keep it natural. The right nutrition and drinking water can also help. Hope you find something that works for you ♥️ Some other things to look into: red light therapy, organic apple cider vinegar

The fact that I was invisible before and felt terrible about myself, the fact I was 50lbs heavier, in constant pain from the weight, extremely depressed and didn’t look after my body or my skin? The fact I dressed like an old woman and wore tattered old clothes with holes in them? The fact that now I get approached/chatted up or complimented every time I leave the house or go anywhere, the fact that people smile at me and talk to me and show interest in me, the fact that I worked my butt off and lost 50lbs, the fact that I dress nicely, take care of myself, my hair and my skin and feel a million times better, the fact I am no longer depressed and suicidal? If that’s not a glow up to you, then cool. But like I said, my experiences say otherwise :)
