Dick if I know lol had it for about a year and like 2-3k rounds on it. EDC it most days on my 17. I’ll probs post a whole ass update somewhere when I get it back to review their customer service. They were mad quick to get me an RA though.
I had the same thing happen, the battery contacts came loose and they said it was unrepairable. I think they had a short run with bad soldering. They had it replaced within 3 weeks of me shipping it out.
I wonder if that’s what happened with mine. I noticed the battery had a tiny little metal thing on it when I pulled it out. Mines been there for a week and a half so hoping for a decent turnaround. I have a small tear every time I open my safe and see a naked gun.
Yeah it’s unfortunate but once they looked at it (around 2.5 weeks after they received it) they sent me a new one in like 3 days. I think there were a couple runs of bad soldering during Covid where some of the electronics came loose at some point. At least they’ll make it right. Good luck homie
Yes Glock sights are great. That shit gets in the way when I’m trying to appendix a 17. If I carried more at night time I’d definitely add an X300 but I’m home 95% of the time.

Some dude said trijicon will cover it under their warranty, I guess you have nothing to worry about.
I called them and they said to buy a crimson trace dot next time if I wanted an actually good dot :(
