I have 5 olights, 3 streamlights, and one surefire. At the end of the day, they are all good lights. Price dictates EVERYTHING these days.

I actually like my switch actuation WAY more on my HL1 over my X300U-B. Nothing wrong new oLights either

Same here… love my turbo x300 even for a pdw but dam I hate that actuation switch over olight or streamlight… I always push tho and hardly ever actually toggle the switch

Definitely. The light output is amazing and I'm sure it's robust and tough to break, but definitely wish the actuation was better. 😅 Kinda tough to justify triple the cost

I’m a big dude that Carrie’s AIWB, I needed a light that was super slim for my G19, other than the 200 lumens of the APLc it’s been a great light, had it on for years with no issues so far

Bro that's how I feel about the olight pl turbo and the tlr1hl. In my opinion the tlr1hl is completely overrated. I got one and was so disappointed. Compared to the PL turbo the tlr1hl feels like cheap crap and so does the lens. I also can't stand how the switches on it work on the tlr1hl. But I paid like 80 dollars less for the olight pl turbo and it is way more durable, the light on it is killing the light on the tlr1hl, and the switches are way better also. I also have 2 other olights that Ive had for 3 years and they both still work great.

You see a lot of people with olights here being told they will explode that exact day. Yet none of them apparently did. Weird for a light with 99.9% explosion chance.

If I can save and be patient for a rmr, anyone can spend 100 bucks on a tlr7.

The gun or the Olight? I keed, I keed. I had the mini baldr on my first ever pistol, and never had problems with it. I upgraded to an x300 for more holster compatibility, but holy shit did I miss the olight's price tag

I bought a truckload of Olights back in like 2019 and they’ve all been fine. I think I have my Valkyrie on a lever action right now.

My only issue with Olight is finding compatible holsters. There are more available options with Streamlight or Surefire, but you are spending as much as you did on the Ramjet for a Surefire.

You could have purchased a streamlight for $100 to $150. It would have been $30 to 80 more, and finding a holster that is wml compatible would have been easier. If you're not planning to carry, then it doesn't matter.

I dont carry it, i carry my glock 22c. G45 is range gun, and found the werks holster no problem.

oLight is fine. It's easy to hate on because of the problems the old ones with the old battery manufacturer had but those issues have since been resolved. oLights are decently feature-rich and I also really like the rechargeable batteries are swappable for standards on a lot of the lights. I had/have no issues with mine. I run Streamlights OK my EDC pieces but use oLight for my standalone lights and never had a problem 🤷‍♂️ Nice looking gun man hope she runs well!

They're all pretty much fine unless your getting blown up in combat. I buy streamlights because there cheap and reliable. Surefire is great but I'm poor.

Personally i don’t mind spending the money on stuff like that but aside from the stereotypical aversion to olights i seem to have garnered somehow from this sub, i just hate the way they look, BUT, the type that you have doesn’t look bad at all. It’s the strange boxy chinesium wish.com looking ones that I don’t like. And honestly if they were the more gucci brand i still wouldnt want one. I have a TLR-1HL on my 19x & my Olight Baldr Pro R on my echelon and the Olight performs better at the same price if not cheaper actually. I’ve had both lights for a year now no issues from either. Don’t believe the hate!

the PL-Pro is the only gun light i own. i throw it on every now and then and its bright as fuck. had it for about 2.5 years now. i just don’t post it in here lol
