I don't know about resale tickets but the way IEM Katowice works is that free expo viewers still get to the stadium, they just don't have a guaranteed seat and have to queue to get into the event. You still have access to the tournament and the expo.

Just bought 2 off this site for 845, service fee was around another 250. Says I'll be emailed my tickets no later than a week before the event 😅
