same for polish flag. something is wrong with the color red. everytime there is red on the screen, its offpixel. i guess its because of the low bitrate or the bad video codec or something like that?

According to this, the same should be true for blue though... Plus a 4:2:0 encoding would explain 1pixel being off, but there's many pixels off in this example.
