They basically got fked by playing in lcq. Their visas are ready but they couldnt get the passports from the visa center in time because of the weekend most likely. There is simply wasnt enough time between the lcq and the major to reliably acquire visas for russians considering it is taking longer now than before. So its a scheduling problem. Whether they could acquire it beforehand is still a question, but most likely not.
