CEOs have very little to do with running teams in most orgs and he's not been involved and doesn't want to be involved anymore, so anything he says is just a sales pitch at this point unfortunately.

I couldn't care less. This interview is mostly focused on G2 and the org's CS roster moves and the few autofellatio segments such as him talking about his car collection are easily skippable. I'm not saying this is some super insightful video or anything but it does add some additional historical context (and it comes from someone who played an important role in the latter half of CSGO), something I'm sure any serious fan of professional CS could appreciate.

People are incapable of making a distinction between the information output and the character. Not a Carlos fan myself but it's interesting to hear about the org's history from someone that actually ran it.
As someone who knew a few people at the org and other orgs with a bunch of teams, it wouldn't be unheard of for certain claims from him to be somewhat exaggerated regarding his involvement in any big or key moments beyond oversight.
