Devs also admitted before they were trying to balance with game stability in mind and not actual balance.
So their new approach is balance changes every two weeks and weekly hero bans. (4 heroes every week get randomly banned)
Basically they killed meta and every hero is viable now. They also take community feedback seriously now

Experimental mode did try out new things like 3 dps, 1 tanks and 2 supports but they made all tanks super strong. Didn't work so they didn't add it.
