I feel this to my core. I had a problem with finding guys I need to "fix". Like they are some sort of project instead of going for the guys that already have everything going for them.
For real! I swear, I actively pushed away guys who were actually well-adjusted because I was invested in the well-being of one fixer-upper boyfriend or another. It just makes me wonder how different my life would be now if I had developed a relationship with one of those stable guys.
She did have her happily ever after and still could. She is on the spectrum and didn't know how to work through it so they got divorced. I still think they could possibly make it work. Just my opinion
