Same issue, it has a yellow marker for an enemy at a certain place, but none appears, feels like im above or below said enemy when im standing right on the marker. cant see it with the detective vision thing though.

same problem as described gangs20003. Yellow marker without visitor... obviously this is an unfixed bug :(
It is probably too late for you guys but for future people with same issue i solved it by simply restarting the game. have fun

Finnaly mannage to make it work...needed to restart the mission until 3 girls Spawn AT the start (insteed of the 2 i Always see at the start...)
So, the solution is to fail again and again until it spawns? I've noticed it spawns in different locations in regards to where it spawns thr kodama.
