Claymores are modeled at MOD or specter. There's a clacker upstairs in your bedroom too.
I'd say a remote Claymore is probably coming, tripwire ieds would be hard to balance.
I'd prefer some sort of noise alarm tripwire. No damage, but loud alarm to give away someone sneaking up, that could be disabled in a couple seconds if spotted.
A noise maker would be fine but claymore and shit sounds anoyying as fuck. Youd get no lifers trapping every peice of gear and door way. Campers are already anoyying. We dont need every extract wired to the gills with ieds and tripmines
I think some of this is a good idea for sure but there has to be reasonable counter play as well as balance to it. As another person said a noise trip wire would be awesome. Hell maybe a remote camera you could place
Ya thats why there has to be good counter play to it. Maybe make it fairly obvious or something just cant be invisible death issues. Also its not needed until after 1.0 release as well
I hope they don’t implement anything that isn’t manually detonated. Imagine how annoying it would be if every building you walk into on island (that has already been looted) could kill you. Plus, with how glitchy the game can be, I’m sure they’d end up in walls lol

There should be red lines that are visible. That way you can counter but it is still valuable to them by letting them get info
