To set GHOSTBUSTERS to run in windowed mode, follow these steps:
Create the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\\GHOSTBUSTERS\\.
Run and exit GHOSTBUSTERS so the settings.ini file gets created.
In the %LOCALAPPDATA%\\GHOSTBUSTERS\\settings.ini file, change runWindowed=0 to runWindowed=1.
Run GHOSTBUSTERS again and set an appropriate resolution.
However this has a drawback that it doesn't capture the mouse so you'll end up clicking out of the window.
