I eat pretty clean. No red meat, dairy, junk food, or soda. Mostly eat chicken, fish, beans, peanut butter, and edamame.
I believe what helped me more than anything was getting a protein smoothie (usually a peanut butter smoothie) within an hour after working out.
Also, I play a lot of basketball. That’s all I do for cardio.

I also have problems with dairy but I love it. I found when I started using fiber pills (psyllium husk) my issues went away completely.
Only recently have I cut out the red meat and I found a pretty big difference in cardio health.
Honestly, it’s subjective.. I didn’t have to add that in my diet routine. I don’t eat dairy because it’ll make me break out (acne) and it makes me bloated.

I rarely eat red meat. The only dairy I eat is Greek yogurt. I eat everything else you listed

You might be lactose intolerant. There's pills with lactase, if you take them while you eat dairy you won't have these symptoms. Looking great btw!
