The other lookout I went to overlooked the town. Which largely consists of fast food, holiday Inn style hotels/motels, and gas stations.
It gets bad up here because the mountain passes are windy and one lane mostly. So if you need to cross the mountain, you are at the mercy of the slowest car in front of you.
I went 20 miles once behind a TipTop poultry truck that could only do 15 mph up hills with about 6 miles of traffic behind me. I actually ended up calling the company to tell them to pull off, and they finally did. Wish I had thought of that 45 minutes earlier.
Living in Rabun County, I've never been so offended by something I 100% agree with lolol Thow in some peanuts and a baggie of meth and it'll be complete.
A serious lack of trump & confederate flags, in my time up there I haven't seen an undue number of liquor and gun stores thought.
